Mechanical Engineer $150-130K
Degree with at least 5 years experience, you will need a strong desire to "make it" in the Mining industry. This role will see you managing multiple projects, from conceptual phase to detail design, construction and commissioning.

What does this mean to you?
Take accountability for the actions of your team- only on technical issues, lead by example, carry out and check calculations if you choose – go back to design reviews-stay in touch with the technical side. This role is more technical without red tape of endless systems. Grooming you for a management role in the future, yearly reviews happen in November. Rewards are greater, paid overtime at this level is from the 10% annual mark.
Involvement with full cycle minerals process plants is essential, you may have attended – KASA pumping course, Tunra Bulk Solids and are conversant with Helix, Sidewinder or Beltstat for Conveyor Design.
